We are happy that after countless hours spent researching, developing and testing we can announce that we have created the perfect cup for cup flour substitute. This blend is perfect for an array of purposes like cakes, cookies, breads, pizza crusts and of course… donuts!
Founder and CEO Aly “Having a gluten allergy I have struggled with multiple flours in the past. Trying to find a consistency that is similar to your typical flour which also provides the perfect texture I expect with my baked goods was a struggle.”
As we know in todays society gluten sensitivities have become more prominent with the continued advancement of food science. We wanted to close the gap between the two so everyone could enjoy their favourite baked goods.
Aly also added, “If you know me you know I LOVE baked goods. Anything from cookies waffles and DONUTS but it was near impossible to find a mix that worked well for all of them. Figuring out the perfect flour became an obsession for me. My team and I are extremely excited to share this new product with with all of you”.
